How to order

You can order by phone, email or post.

An order form is available on request - I can either post one to you or send one to you via emai or you can just send me an email or give me a ring detailing what you'd like. Please do make sure you send me your name and address and all other details required. It is also helpful if you can give a daytime phone number or email address in case of queries. 
I'm afraid I don't currently have the facilities to accept credit/debit card payment so you will need to send a cheque (see below) or do an electronic trasfer - I can give you my bank information. I prefer not to publish my address on this website, so don't let me forget to give you my address to send your cheque to!

Please remember to specify all your preferences when ordering :

·       Pendants are supplied on a 16" or 18" sterling silver snake chain - please specify length required.

·          Earrings can be supplied on sterling silver earwires/hooks or on a post with butterfly back (same price).

·          Please bear in mind that the silver leaves are made from natural leaves so their size varies and cannot be specified exactly but, for pendants, please indicate whether a small, medium or large leaf is required, and contact me to agree the price before ordering. 
 

How to Pay  
 

·         Payment can be made by cheque or via electronic transfer - my bank details can be supplied on request.

·          Unless sale or return terms have been agreed, products will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and cheques have cleared. This usually takes around 5 banking days from receipt of the cheque. No order will be despatched prior to cleared funds being received.

·         Cheques should be made payable to J.D.LAMBERT. Full cheque guarantee/bank card details must be supplied.  

Postage and Packaging

·          Each posted item will be supplied in a gift box.

·          Items will be sent by First Class Post. Please state if Recorded Signed For is required in which case a signature will be required on receipt.

·         Post and packing to all UK addresses will be charged as follows;

Proof of posting will be obtained.

·          Recorded Signed For delivery is usually next day for first class but cannot be guaranteed. The consignment can be followed using the Royal Mail on-line track and trace application.

·          All orders are despatched to the delivery address supplied.

·          Please contact me prior to ordering if delivery is to be to a non-UK address. 

Returns  

·        If you are unhappy with any of the items supplied, you may return them within a 14 day period from date of receipt. After this time, items will not be accepted back unless faulty. After inspection the cost of the items will be credited to you by cheque - please provide payee details.

·          Unwanted items are to be returned at your cost.

·          Faulty goods will be replaced up to a maximum of 30 days after date of despatch. Return postage costs will be refunded, as agreed beforehand, for defective items - please call first. After inspection the cost of the items will be credited to you by cheque - please provide payee details.

·          Any returning parcels are your responsibility, until they have been delivered to Silver and Sparkle.

·          Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box or padded envelope. Returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging cannot be refunded.
