Most items are available to buy now but as some are made to order it is a good idea to contact me to check that pieces are in stock before placing an order, particularly if you need it by a particular date for a birthday or something.

All the items shown can be purchased by clicking on ADD TO CART.  You will then be shown what is currently in your shopping cart and can then continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart, or go to Checkout and pay for your items via PayPal.

Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received in full via PayPal or cheques have cleared.

Please note : if no options are selected, earrings will be supplied on earring hooks and pendants on a 16" chain.

Postage and Packaging

·          Each posted item will be supplied in a gift box.

·          Items will be sent by First Class Post. Please state if Recorded Signed For is required in which case a signature will be required on receipt.

·         Post and packing to all UK addresses will be charged as follows;

The postage cost is automatically added to the total cost of your order.
Proof of posting will be obtained.
Postage to an international address will be advised separately if different from above.

·          Recorded Signed For delivery is usually next day for first class but cannot be guaranteed. The consignment can be followed using the Royal Mail on-line track and trace application.

·          All orders are despatched to the delivery address supplied.

·          Please contact me prior to ordering if delivery is to be to a non-UK address. 

Returns  

·        If you are unhappy with any of the items supplied, you may return them within a 7 day period from date of receipt. After this time, items will not be accepted back unless faulty. After inspection the cost of the items will be credited to you by Paypal, cheque or BACS if the necessary details are supplied.

·          Unwanted items are to be returned at your cost.

·          Faulty goods will be replaced up to a maximum of 30 days after date of despatch. Return postage costs will be refunded, as agreed beforehand, for defective items - please call first. After inspection the cost of the items will be credited to you.

·          Any returning parcels are your responsibility, until they have been delivered to Silver and Sparkle.

·          Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box or padded envelope. Returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging cannot be refunded.
